At Konstant Kreative, we are understanding of the needs of all of our customers, and so that if you ever feel the need to cancel your subscription with us, we have made it entirely possible for you to do so. In order to submit a cancellation request, follow these simple steps:
- Navigate to the “Settings” section of the toolbar on the left-hand side of your screen.
- Once in “Settings”, navigate to the button that says “Cancel Account” on the bottom of the screen and click on it.
- Before the cancellation goes through, a small text box will appear on the screen, asking if you are sure that you would like to cancel your subscription with us.
